STANDARD REFUND TERMS

This Policy is provided in the English language. To the extent any translation is provided to you, it is provided for convenience purposes only, and in the event of any conflict between the English and translated version, the English version will control and prevail.

• Refund Policy for Advance (Partial) Payments

Nihansh Global Web Services  only collects advance payment of 50% or 60% (Depends Upon Projects And Type Of Order)  of total value for any service that are rendered on nihanshglobalwebservices.com after booking domain, hosting & showing the basic design to customers and such advances are non-refundable.

Exception for Advance (Partial) Payments

The deposit of advance paid is Non – Refundable for static, static plus, dynamic & All SEO, Adwords Packages or any customized plans or any plans. If at all you need to cancel the order within 24 hrs of payment 3000(three thousand rupees) will be charged and balance amount will be returned. After 24hrs post completion no amount will be refunded.

• Refund Policy for Second (Full) Payment

Nihansh Global Web ServicesTechnologies only collects rest (balance) 50% of the second payment post successful completion of work and such payments are non-refundable.

• Digital Marketing (SEO) Services Refund Policy

You can cancel Digital Marketing (SEO) Services at any time and we will not bill you for future months except  upcoming month.Our SEO Packages Are Quarterly Basis. We Have 5000 Rs & 7000 Rs per month Packages. Where As The Amount Paid For The Quarter Cannot Be Refunded & The Customer Can Discontinue The Services In The Next Payment If He Wish To.

The Company Will Not guarantee Any Positions In The Search Results In Concerned With SEO

Mode of Refund

Refunds on Nihansh Global Web Services are based on the mode of payment used to place the order initially. Below are the refund modes initiated by us for various payment options:

Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking
If Credit card, Debit card or Internet banking was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, the amount paid will be refunded/ will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card/internet banking account provided at the time of placing the order. We initiate refund within a maximum of 7 working days. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by Nihansh Global Web Services.

           Refund Mode: Wallets /UPI
           Refund Time, Upto ( From The Date Of Cancellation Of Order) : 5 to 7 Business Working Days.

These Refunds Time Frames Are Decided As Per The Banks and Payment Gateways Guideliness. Once The Refund Is Initiated By Nihansh Global Web Services , Customers Will Receive The Email Confirmation From The Respective Payment Gateway Through Which The Payment Was Made Initially By The Customer.
